What we access.
With your authorisation, the App accesses accounting data from your connected QuickBooks Online company — including invoices, customer payments, bank transactions, and payroll figures — through Intuit's official API.
Why.
Solely to automate our own bookkeeping: reconciling customer payments, posting payroll, and reporting our business position. We do not use the data for any other purpose.
Sharing.
We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party. It is used only within our own systems.
Storage & security. Data and access tokens are held on our private server with restricted, encrypted access. Tokens are stored with owner-only permissions and can be revoked at any time.
Retention & your control. You may disconnect the App in QuickBooks at any time, which immediately revokes its access.
Cached data is deleted on request.
Changes.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
